Shipping and Handling Details
 
S&H are added to final total. Shipping goes out 1 x per week. If you need an order faster, please contact about for your special needs. Extra time is needed for custom and handmade orders. We accept PayPal, company check, money order, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks must clear prior to shipping. All accounts are prepaid in full prior to shipping. Please allow 1 - 5 business days for delivery time once your item has shipped.
 
Out-of-stock
 
To ensure high standards of quality, our products have limited stock production. Some items may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you of the lead time. Lead time is usually 1-5 weeks which depends on the product and time of year. Please see each individual item for its shipping availability.
 
Overnight Shipping and Handling

Overnight shipping is only available for items which are currently in-stock and that are not made-to-order. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight shipping, please call us at 912-604-4866 or email orders@raynatamarin.com to verify that the order can be filled in time.

Incorrect Address or Package Returned to Sender
 
Orders which have been submitted to www.raynatamarin.com with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped may incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages. Incorrect address information would include; missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in the package(s) being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Rayna Tamarin LLC is not responsible for these errors and does not cover the cost of re-shipping package(s), therefore shipping and handling may be charged a second time in order to re-send orders. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. We appreciate your cooperation.
 
Order Tracking, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance
 
We ship via USPS and orders can be tracked at www.usps.com. So that you can track you package(s) we use delivery confirmation and this fee is included in the shipping price. Insurance is not automatically placed on all packages, but can be added by request.
 
Damaged or Lost Packages
 
We will gladly help you to resolve any problem that occurs, however Rayna Tamarin LLC is not held responsible for these circumstances. The information that we will provide for you in this situation will be the same information you can find at www.usps.com when tracking your package. If the package arrives damaged, you must contact us by phone or email within 3 days so that the situation is current enough for us to provide you with assistance. We can only replace items that are damaged if they are send back to us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for the shipping cost(s) incurred when shipping back packages to us. For lost packages you must contact us within 14 days of the time it was meant to arrive (you can check arrival dates by tracking your package at www.usps.com or by contacting us) so that the situation is current enough for us to deal with, with USPS for you.
 
Shipping and Handling for Exchanges and Returns
 
www.raynatamarin.com does not pay shipping costs of any packages that are shipped back to us with items to be exchanged or returned. We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling for items being exchanged to be shipped back to the customer. If there is an exchange we will only exchange for the same item in a different size or color, or any other item of the same exact value. Returns receive credit only, no monetary refunds. Items to be exchanged or returned must NOT be worn, washed, dirty or damaged. Please see above for information on items that arrive to you damaged during shipping. All tags must be attached and in undamaged original packaging and must be able to be resold. You must contact us by phone or email with your request to return or exchange an item in order to receive a RETURN OR EXCHANGE NUMBER. This number must accompany your item when shipping back to us. Packages returned to us without this number included may be charged a 20% restocking fee and credit will not be issued. We are happy to help you and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
